Absolutely amazing experience! When it comes to relaxing and self care GiGi's nailed it! The service was top notch and the spa amenities were included with services we got; absolutely worth every penny! My lady and I got facials (my first one) and I swear it shaved 10 years off my age. I feel refreshed and look like a Snapchat filter 🙂 I Highly recommend and I will definitely come back frequently.

I cannot say enough about the kind and professional way I was treated today at my appointment with Emily! She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I previously had went to different salon and had a terrible experience, I had been dealing with chemical breakage and a bad balayage. I was traumatized to say the least. Emily gave me the most beautiful color and baby lights as well as a split end treatment. My hair has never looked or felt better! The salon is gorgeous and the entire staff is incredible! Thank you Emily for your kindness and beautiful work 🥰

First experience at GiGi's and had a good first impression. Went in for the two hour men's relaxation package. Very clean and modern men's locker room that includes the steam room, shower and dressing room. Fresh towels and cleansing products plentiful. Also had a very nice hot tub with easy to use controls as well. As part of the package you can hang out in their relaxation lounge stocked with snacks and beverages. Employees were very pleasant and welcoming. GiGi's offers a wide variety of skin treatments and messages to help take the edge off your stressful day. Prices very reasonable as my two hour relaxation package including access to the hot tub, stream room and relaxation lounge only $35 Well worth it and will definitely book another visit very soon!!

UPDATE: Gigis contacted me and they scheduled me a complimentary re-do on the original services I had. I want to say everyone I had contact with went above and beyond. I could tell they truly cared about making my experience the best it could be and it most definitely was! The amenities were nice, my facial was amazing and the overall experience was luxury feeling. I will be scheduling another service at Gigis very soon! I had a Gigis Signature Facial with Dermaplaning added on. It was honestly a terrible experience, I was done with my service in 50 minutes even though the facial itself was supposed to be 60 minutes and the dermaplaning was supposed to add another 20 minutes, the lady didn’t do any extractions, masks or even steam my face. She started dermaplaning with no notice- I’ve never had this done before so it would have been nice for a heads up. I also didn’t receive the 3 step lip treatment that should have been included and there was plenty of other things I was displeased with. This was my first time at Gigis and I had been recommended by a friend- she always talked about how amazing Gigis was. I have reached out to Gigis twice via their “contact us” form and haven’t heard back.
